I became a loyal Patriot customer when you gave me an unbelievable and unbeatable price on a new burner install a number of years ago.

Yesterday, I entered the heater room at my home and water was shooting out all over the place coming from a zone valve. After hitting the kill
switch to the heater and shutting off the water, I called Patriot. Tracy answered the phone and although she was as pleasant and professional as
usual, it sure sounded like she was swamped with calls. I explained the situation to her and she told me she would call me back.

When Tracy called me back, she told me that she would be sending Will over as soon as humanly possible. Will arrived a few hours later and assessed the problem. He was able to go get a new zone valve and come back and install the valve. Within a short period of time he had the system up and running. He also bled the system and it is super quiet.

Tracy and Will took care of me as if I was family. I do believe they were both concerned about my well being not wanting me to go thru the night Oh, and by the way,I think they both deserve a raise!!
